Nainital is one of the famous hill stations of India. It is a Big town situated in Uttarakhand on the foothills of Kumaon range of the Himalayas. Located on a height of 1938 meters or 6350 feet from the mean sea level, this place is surrounded by mountains on three sides. The latitudinal and longitudinal extent of this place are 29° 24' N and 79° 28' E. Total land area of this place is 11.73 square kilometers.

The city of Agra is said to have been founded by Raja Badal Singh in 1475. The Hindu epic 'Mahabharat' makes a reference to the 'Agraban' that supposedly made up part of Brij Bhumi, the ‘Land of Lord Krishna’, and this is believed to have been Agra, although it was covered by forests at that time.

Despite this early beginning, it was under the Mughals that the city rose to its pinnacle, getting transformed into one of the greatest centers of art, culture, trade and learning, specially during the 16th and early 17th centuries. The foundations of the first formal Persian garden were laid here on the banks of the River Yamuna by the Emperor Babar. The mausoleum of Emperor Akbar, Sikandra, is also located here, just outside the main city.

Delhi, the capital of India, is located in north India, surrounded by Uttar Pradesh and Haryana on three sides, straddling the river Yamuna. Administratively, it is a Union Territory, called the National Capital Region, but it is also partially a state, having been given its own legislative assembly in 1991. In addition there are the closely linked satellite towns of Gurgaon and Faridabad in Haryana and NOIDA and Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh.
